2024-2025 Season

This competitive program offers children and teens the opportunity to work with our trained coaches to improve swimming skills, endurance and promote a healthy lifestyle all while embracing our core values of Respect, Responsibility, Caring and Honesty.

Ages: 5 - 18 years
Requirements: Swimmers must:
- Have a YMCA membership
- Be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Can swim 25 yards of freestyle
- Can swim 25 yards of back stroke
- Can demonstrate comfort in deep water

Mastery of all strokes is NOT required to join!

Registration

Season registration will open three weeks prior to the season start date and all swimmers interested in joining team swim team should contact Lucas Crawford-Nichols, Team Head Coach, using the contact information listed below.

Swimmers are assessed by our coaches using the Northerns Swim Team assessment rubric during their first practice to determine which practice group is the best fit for their current skill level. This assessment will ensure your swimmer is able to find success in the pool during the season. Click here for more information about group requirements.
